Your appointment will begin with a thorough consultation, then you’ll be taken over to our exclusively designed basins which have adjustable neck positioning and reclining foot rests for a much more comfortable experience. Here you will feel wonderfully relaxed as your hair is shampooed with a Shiatsu scalp massage using aromatic Sebastian & System Professional Haircare Products.

Your stylist will then complete your desired look taking you through step by step how to manage your hair and recommending the correct haircare products to re-create your look at home. They will then advise you of how often you will need to come back to the salon to keep your hair in top condition.
